The Montreal musician, who is Homeless and frequently busks in the city's Metro system, was gutted when his violin was stolen earlier this week. Luckily, a kind Facebook user posted a message on his behalf — and it caught the attention of L'Orchestre Métropolitain, a Montreal orchestra.
Orchestra representatives got in touch with a local violin shop, Maison du Violin. after hearing Landry's story, the owner offered to provide a new violin at a reduced cost.
