I used to have a much smaller one as a kid that had paper sleeves for the coins.

We had one back in the late 60’s when my dad built a car wash. We’d use it to count, sort and stack the coins to roll. It was SO much easier than when we did it by hand. And, for 8yo little hands that’s something.
Fun fact: If you play with a big pile of coins too loudly your “Brand new, automatically changes channels with just a push of the button!” Zenith color tv would ‘automatically change channels’ by itself. And, your dad would get mad.
