UNESCO supports Iraq against destruction of cultural heritage

Baghdad, **v 3 (IANS) UNESCO chief Irina Bokova Sunday voiced support for the Iraqi government against "barbaric" destruction of the Iraqi cultural heritage, as the Sunni radical group Islamic State (IS) destroyed several ancient sites in the country.
