And though Shakira and Gerard have yet to confirm the happy news, rumors of a Second pregnancy began to fly after Shakira covered up her stomach and toned down her signature belly-dancing moves during her performance at the World Cup Final in July. The new baby will join their 1-year-old son, Milan Piqué Mebarak.
