West Derby man Henry Fagan wins his bills with the ECHO
</p>MEET the winner of the Echo’s Win Your bills competition. Henry Fagan, 66, from West Derby, is an avid competition enthusiast, entering lots of competitions each week. He will now receive a cheque for آ£2,067 to help cover the cost of his bills for one month. Research carried out in September 2012 by Skipton Financial Services showed that the average UK family now needs to bring home آ£2,067 pounds a month to break even. This includes mortgage or rent payments, utility bills, insurance, food shopping and motoring, plus the cost of dressing a family, owning a mobile phone and landline, travelling to and from work and maintaining a property.
