Cast of Mamma Mia at Liverpool Empire get their dancing shoes on for Comic Relief

</p>The Cast of Mamma Mia have taken a break from Liverpool Empire shows to get their dancing shoes – and red noses – on for Comic Relief.

Stars of the international tour, which has been in the city for three weeks, lent their support for a fund-raising Comic Relief Danceathon.

While more than 2,000 fundraisers were dancing non-stop at Wembley area, overseen by TV host Claudia Winkleman, 30 pals from the Abba show were on the Empire stage doing their bit.

Former Coronation Street actress Shobna Gulati, who plays Tanya in Mamma Mia, says: â??We simply couldnâ??t resist getting involved with the Cast to show our support for this yearâ??s Red Nose Day with the Comic Relief Danceathon. We wanted to encourage everyone to get involved, to dance their hearts out and enjoy!â?*
