New Stella McCartney lingerie modelled by Cara Delevingne will support Liverpool brea

</p> Liverpoolâ??s Linda McCartney Centre will get a funds boost from a new collection of lingerie created by designer Stella McCartney for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Stella has created a limited edition hot pink set, modelled by her pal Cara Delevingne, to raise money for the cause which has been close to her heart since her motherâ??s death in 1998.

The campaign photo shows supermodel Cara wearing the lingerie and making a heart symbol.

The McCartney family are active backers of the centre which bears Lindaâ??s name and this is the second time Stella has produced a lingerie range for the October fund-raiser.

Last year she enlisted Kate Moss to pose in the neon pink Gemma Relaxing set, the proceeds of which went towards a new mammography suite.

The latest set will support the new Breast Unit at the Royal which will gain three new mammography units, with the latest tomosynthesis technology â?? a first for the region. They will allow the hospital to give more diagnoses at an earlier, curable stage, helping to improve the outcomes for more women.

â??Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women all over the world,â?* says Stella. â??While most people are aware of the terrible disease, many forget to take the steps to make the effort to detect it at its early stages, so I designed a set to remind women to consider their health and visit their doctor regularly. Not only does this set look and fit great, it also serves and an important healthy reminder.â?*
