Fab's business may be facing tough times, but at least the Company will have plenty of Furniture to fall back on.

The ecommerce startup an**unced Wednesday morning that it has acquired One **rdic Furniture Company, a European Company that makes "**rdic interior design originals."

The exact price tag for the deal was **t disclosed, but a rep for Fab said the acquisition was in the "tens of Millions of dollars." The team at One **rdic Furniture will also receive a 5% stake in Fab
