Thousands of candidates do expect Interview call letters. Getting an Interview call letter for the Civil Services Interview is highly unpredictable. This is due to the variation in the competence of the candidates in the written examination, variations in the number of posts, etc. It is not possible to know the level of performance of the candidates in the main examination. More candidates would be called for the Interview if the number of posts is more.
