ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Friday submitted its reply to Islamabad High Court (IHC) and prayed the bench to turn down the interim bail plea of former president Asif Zardari in fake accounts case.NAB said the petitioner was not entitled to obtain relief from the IHC as his hands were not clean.The former president had misguided the court, it said.The NAB reply said all investigations related to fake accounts scam were being done in compliance of the Supreme Court order and notices were issued to the accused persons as per law.It further said the NAB could summon anyone during the process of investigation on any issue.It may be mentioned here that a divisional bench of the IHC had already extended pre-arrest bail of Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur till April 29, and directed the NAB to submit its reply.
