CLEARWATER ? Didi Gregorius has been anxious to get going since he arrived in Tampa.

The shortstop is set to take the next big step in his rehab from October Tommy John surgery soon. Gregorius will begin hitting as soon as next week, Aaron Boone said Thursday morning.
