On A Roll
For the past few weeks Instagram stories from the Second City have been blowing up with the spectacle of Stir-Fried Ice Cream (also known as Rolled Ice Cream) being made. This wave of interest in this sweetened frozen dessert caught our attention. Our interest is food and if it’s happening we are naturally going to check it out.
