Ingredients: Nutrela Soyabean Oil Onion Ginger garlic paste Tomato puree Capsicum Carrot Mushroom Salt Oregano Italian herbs Nutrela Soya chunks Cheese Method: Heat Nutrela Soyabean oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste, and sauté. Once the onions are fried, add chopped capsicum, carrots, mushrooms and sauté. Now add tomato puree, salt, oregano, and Italian herbs. Mix well, and add Nutrela Soya chunks. Once the Soya chunks are mixed properly, add grated cheese. Serve the Soya bolognese with spaghetti pasta.
