@Everyword: The 7-Year Twitter Project Comes to an End
![]() ![]() ![]() This weekend, Twitter bot @everyword is set to transmit its final tweet — the supposedly last word in the English language. It is an event seven long years in the making. Built by New York University professor Adam Parrish, the bot has tweeted a dictionary word every 30 minutes since **v. 30, 2007. Having reached the Zs on June 1, the account is breezing through the 26th letter at an alarming rate, causing an explosion of tongue-in cheek horror among the accounts 95,000 followers.
