Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar was replying to the queries of media persons after attending an event and on asking questions over action taken on complaints by the residents, CM lost his cool and even went on to preach the media persons to learn the etiquettes of journalism. After the incident angry CM didnâ??t replied to any of the questions from media persons.
