While celebrating Independence Day with a group of gal pals, Sarah rocked a mismatched two-piece that put her surgery Scars front and center for all to see. "#scarsondisplay," she captioned a selfie posted on her Instagram Stories. Back in 2012, Sarah underwent a kidney transplant (her dad was her donor, BTW!) due to her struggles with kidney dysplasia, a condition that occurs in the womb when either one or both of a fetus's kidneys don't fully develop.
Sarah made a strong case for mixing and matching, as her bikini featured a white tie-front top and cheeky black bottoms. Her Arizona Daphne swimsuit top is unfortunately already sold out in white, but never fear - we found some lookalike styles for you to shop ahead.
