   Approximately 57.7 million American adults experience diag**sable Mental health disorders each year, but widespread stigma prevents many of them from seeking adequate help. The City of Philadelphia — where one in four residents will be affected by a Mental Illness in 2014 — wants to spread awareness and offer support in a simple, inspiring way: by promising to listen.
