The majority of organisations/people who advertise themselves as 'Master Saddlers' are actually Master Saddlers - B which means Bridlework. They may well be qualified for fitting. B is bridlework and H is for harness. I was quite surprised there are very few listed but many don't need to be listed so don't pay the annual fee charged by the association
