JEDDAH - The Jordanian consul general praised Jordan?s strong relations with Saudi Arabia on the occasion of his country?s 68th Independence Day on Tuesday. The ceremony was attended by Prince Sattam Bin Khaled Bin Nasser, Prince Faisal Bin Jalawy Bin Saud and Ahmad Mohammad Tayeb, director general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Makkah Region. The consul general and consulate staff received guests who included princes, diplomats, prominent Saudi personalities and Jordanian community members. The celebration began with a recitation of the Holy Qur?an, which was followed by the Saudi and Jordanian national anthems.
