I recently had an issue with a fly rug I purchased off them and without quibble they replaced it by next day post with a different model of fly rug that they thought would be more suitable for my horse allowing me to keep the other rug so I was not without. Fantastic customer service I will without hesitation buy from them again and recommend them highly. I also purchased a mane and tail detangler comb from them for £1.99 to make my order up to £100 for free postage and it is nothing short of brilliant. It is a brush split at the end and gets through manes and tails better than anything without it being damaged as it just springs back together.
