Do they exist?! My pony gets awful coat rubs, a rash and static on any rug with a shiny nylon lining. Cotton & wool lined rugs are fine. He's got a Cotton coolers & two Thermatex's (well, one geniune Thermatex & one not). Whilsy he's been fine over winter partly clipped and out in the field in all the British winter can throw at him, it does make my life a bit easier if I can rug when required on the worst of winter days. If nothing else, mid-week pre-ride grooming is easier! I've been using Rhinegold Torrent rugs, which are Cotton lined but at only 600 denier it's not the most durable (to be fair, they are cheap enough to replace). Particularly as my pony is often found playing with his friends or in the numerous bushes and hedges we have ...! I don't need anything more than a no fill or up to 100g, as he's as tough as ol' boots & it really is more for my convenience than his! Thanks :)
