For the past couple of days our 8 month old GSD has been making these grogging snorting noises, isn't bringing up anything nor does he have a snotty nose. His left eye looks like the start of conjunctivitis too so we have been bathing it with salt water. He is also quite tired and panting but I've been putting that down to the heat and his big coat as he doesn't appear to be lacking on energy when it's playtime especially in the water! He just sounds a bit bunged up/congested. Would you take him to the vets or wait it out over the weekend?
