Fullscreen Media, a multichannel YouTube network that boasts more than 3.2 billion monthly views, is looking to build a Premium subscription service similar to Netflix or Hulu that would operate separately from YouTube. The goal of this service would be to target a large chunk of YouTube's audience - millennials.
