PPP nominates Sherry Rahman as Opposition Leader in Senate
  ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan People's Party has nominated Sherry Rehman as Opposition Leader in the Senate, sources said* on Wednesday. According to Geo News, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has summoned senior party leadership for meeting at Zardari House* to hold consultation. *Sherry Rehman would replace Aitzaz Ahsan, also a senior Leader of the PPP. Opposition backed independent canidate Sadiq Sanjrani and PPP lawmaker Saleem Mandviwala were appointed Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Senate respectively on Monday.
