ABU DHABI:*Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of Pakistan Army General Zubair Mahmood Hayat met UAE minister of defence Affairs*Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi in Abu Dhabi on Monday.
During the meeting, they discussed mutual cooperation and strategic partnership between Pakistan and United Arab Emirates.*Both of the officials also reviewed areas of cooperation in a number of fields and the latest developments. Ambassador of Pakistan to the UAE*Moazzam A Khan,*Under-Secretary of the Ministry of defence UAE*Matar Salim Ali Al Dhaheri*as well as a number of senior officials from the Ministry of defence attended the meeting.General Zubair accompanied by Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoon bin Al Nahyan also visited the Wahat Al Karama in Abu Dhabi, the national landmark to pay tribute and solemn reflection of the sacrifice made by the UAE?s heroes in service of their nation and dignity of the UAE.Chairman JCSC General Zubair Mahmood Hayat also met with COS UAE Armed Forces, Lt-Gen Hamad Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi along with other top military leadership on Monday.*
