Went up the yard this morning expecting to see horses all nice and cosy in their stables only to find snow on their beds and on their backs. What I always thought were good gaps for air flow meant that all the snow blowing about has come through every hole. Rather miffed as we put down extra thick shaving beds because of the weather. Ended up putting straw on top and outdoor rugs on the horses. With the strong winds and snow tonight I dread to think what it's going to be like tomorrow morning.
