My 15 year old Mare was always a good traveler you would barely even know she was in the box ive had her since she was 9, but lately she has started to tremble and sweat as soon as she gets in the box shes easy to load no problems there and shes not cold or too warm as ive switched her to a very light cooler to travel in and she has a chaser clip.We travel in a Mare and foal box with no divider which she was always fine with, and we have a good condition rubber matt with shavings sprinkled on top.I always give her a hay net unless were going to compete right away when we arrive which is normally never the case. even now when she starts trembling she will still munch away. she travels alone 90% of the time as she always has done. Any ideas on things i can do to help her relax a little in the box ???
