ABC released the first Trailer for that TV ****** — Selfie — on Tuesday ahead of the network's annual upfront presentation to advertisers in New York City.

Doctor Who's Karen Gillan will star as the self-absorbed Eliza Dooley, who ABC describes as having "263,000 followers who hang on to her every post, tweet and selfie."
