Spain Wants to Boost Digital News by Charging Aggregators
   Spain is considering legislation that would require News Aggregators like Google News to pay for original News stories. Under the proposed law, reported by World News Publishing Focus, Aggregators would need to provide compensation for the reproduction of headlines or fragments of stories. Reproduction of an entire article would require written permission and possibly additional payment.
