WASHINGTON - The U.S. International Trade Commission has ruled in favour of Montreal's Bombardier Inc. in a trade dispute with Chicago-based Boeing Co. Commissioners voted unanimously that Boeing did not suffer harm from prospective imports of C Series commercial jets.
