Legendary musician Neil Diamond has announced his retirement from touring, due to a recent diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.

The 76-year-old New Yorker made the announcement on Monday in a press statement that said the onset of the disease has made large-scale touring difficult.*

“It is with great reluctance and disappointment that I announce my retirement from concert touring," said Diamond.
