ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Monday withdrew a petition filed with the Islamabad High Court (IHC) against the November 8 order of an accountability court that had deleted the charge of producing forged document from the charge sheets against Maryam Nawaz and Captain Safdar.The bureau requested a division bench of the IHC that it wanted to file a supplementary reference in this particular matter and therefore it may be allowed to withdraw its petition. The bench, comprising Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurengzeb, accepted the bureau?s plea.
