Ok. Really daft question time.
I'm browsing on Kramer again and this question is driving me mad. So they do fleece rugs with NO BUCKLES OR SURCINGLES...HOW DO YOU FASTEN THEM ON?!(so, yeah an elastic surcingle round the belly... but the front... what about the front?)(PS I'm looking for a cheap as chips 100g stable rug to use as an under rug for a turnout rug if anyone has spotted any bargains let me know)
