Just had a hay delivery from a new supplier. When he delivered it the trailer that the hay was on was covered in mouse poo. I wondered if it was just on the trailer (stupid me - also trying to avoid confrontation) but having been up to the yard again this evening there is a huge trail of the stuff where we unloaded it.It's really nice hay but really don't want to be feeding my horses mouse poo and probably wee!!Would you be asking for a refund and for them to collect it or Would the mouse poo not bother you? They were lovely people as well which makes it even worse :(
