Tackville- have you used them??

My order was placed on 27th Jan, said delivery 3-5 Jan, then nothing. No dispatch note, no contact, no order so far. have messaged on FB and called but no reply to either and now concerned! Has anyone had issues? I only used them as I saw the sale mentioned in a post on here. Thank you!
