I've been a brunette my entire life, and until recently, I didn't do much to my Hair, excluding a one-time foray into unnaturally orange box dye as a freshman after getting dumped. In an effort to step up my beauty game, I've been trying to go outside my small comfort zone with some different shades of brunette, starting with a medium brown with golden ombré highlights over the Summer. As the seasons turned colder, I realized I desperately needed a darker hue to refresh my locks and decided to draw inspiration from one of my favorite Starbucks holiday drinks, the Gingerbread latte.
