With regard to the article "Saudi immigration ******rs should greet visitors with a smile" (Apr. 25), Give Saudi Jawazat a break, you all! Most people hold e-passports with electronic chips these days and their biometrics (finger/iris/facial scans) are already stored together with old passport details. With the visa waiver system or with the applied visa in our passport, we are all going through e-gates without being greeted by human immigration ******rs in many countries **w. Such articles mostly get negative comments that play down any possibility of the changes for immigration personnel.
