Maryam Nawaz among 11 powerful women around world
NEW YORK: Maryam Nawaz, daughter of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, was named in the top 11 powerful women of the world on Sunday in a2017 ranking issued by New York Times.
The NY Times named Maryam Nawaz the most courageous and most powerful woman of Pakistan. According to the NY times, Maryam is the most suitable heir to the political empire that her father and ousted premier Nawaz Sharif has built.
