   It's been a good week for Seth Meyers Just hours after being named as one of Time's "100 Most Influential People," NBC an**unced Meyers as the Host for This year's Emmys See also: Behind the Curtain of the Emmys Selection Process Meyers took over Late Night two months ago, following in the footsteps of actor Neil Patrick Harris, who hosted last year's broadcast While Meyers has never hosted a major awards show, he has previously hosted both the ESPYs and the White House Correspondents Dinner. And let's **t forget Meyers' time anchoring Saturday Night Live's "Weekend Update."
