Nawaz is our political pir: Rana Sana
LAHORE: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on Saturday said Nawaz Sharif was their ?political pir? and only he could decide about his [Rana Sana?s resignation]. He expressed these views as he along with Auqaf Minister Zaeem Qadri held a meeting with Federal Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique at the Pakistan Railways headquarters. They discussed the matters pertaining to the successful dialogue with the organisers of sit-in on Mall Road and other issues. Rana Sana said he had completed faith in Allah and His Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and he visited Makkah every year. The provincial minister said Nawaz was their political pir in the world and only he, as being the leader, would make a decision on his resignation. Such decisions could not be made by the individuals in the party, he added. Speaking on the occasion, Saad said the PML-N was striving hard for the supremacy of the Constitution in the country, adding that Nawaz was the political leader and guide of the PML-N. He said the PML-N?s target was rule of law and Constitution in the country and for this purpose all the party members, including Rana Sana and Zaeem Qadri, were united under the leadership of Nawaz. He said millions of people politically supported the party and individuals joining or leaving the party did not make any difference.
