افتراضي Eid Miladun Nabi today

ISLAMABAD/KARACHI: Eid Miladun Nabi(PBUH) is being celebrated today (Friday) with religious zeal and fervour across the country.
The day will dawn with thirty-one gun salute in the federal capital and twenty-one gun salutes in all the provincial capitals to pay homage to the last Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It will be a public holiday today. Special Conferences, events and Mehafil-e-Naat have been arranged to pay respect to the last messenger whose whole life and teachings are beacon of light for the whole mankind.
Ministry of Religious Affairs has organised a National Seerat Conference on Saturday in Islamabad in connection with Eid Milad. President Mamnoon Hussain would be the chief guest at the moot which would be attended by a number of delegates from home and abroad.
President Mamnoon Hussain, Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and other leaders felicitated nation of Eid Miladun Nabi which is being celebrated today (Friday) with religious zest and zeal.
President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi have said that the society and the individuals can get rid of all of their issues within no time if they initiate the process of their reformation following the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW). In their messages to the nation on Eid Miladun Nabi being celebrated today (Friday), the president and the PM felicitated his countrymen on the day, saying that it is a moment that requires to renew our association with the Holy Prophet (SAW) to make this society rather the whole world a cradle of peace.
They said the reason behind revelation of the Holy Prophet (SAW) was the purgation of the world from oppression, cruelties, as well as the self-proclaimed gods, besides spreading the message of peace and love.
They said the Holy Prophet (SAW) taught good, welfare and morality to the people by presenting himself as an ideal in the society rampant with ignorance and oppression.
They said the crux of the Holy Prophet (SAW) life was to opt moderation in all matters of life, not to give up justice and rebuild the estranged ties. They said the Holy prophet (SAW) proved to be a glad tidings for the oppressed society.
The president and the premier prayed to Allah Almighty to enable all of us to follow the teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW) and make Pakistan a real hub of progress and prosperity which was also the destination of the incumbent government.
Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq and Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari ask the people to follow teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in every sphere of life and learn the lesson of tolerance and peace from the life of Holy Prophet (SAW).
Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has said that the modern world can attain true peace by emulating the principles espoused by Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW).
He expressed these views in his message on the eve of "Eid Miladun Nabi PBUH" being commemorated throughout the Muslim world today, said a press release issued here. He said that the life of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) is an excellent demonstration of truthfulness, balance, justice, coexistence and compassion.
While congratulating the entire Muslim Ummah on this auspicious day, the Speaker said that Holy Prophet (SAW) is a torch bearer and blessing for the entire universe.
Underlining the impact of the life of the Holy Prophet (SAW), Sardar Ayaz Sadiq highlighted that the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) lifted humanity from the abyss of ignorance, reformed man?s ideals, accorded him an elevated status and injected vitality into the decadent social order.
Meanwhile, Chairman Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has facilitated the nation on the auspicious occasion of Eid Miladun Nabi (SAW).
"We celebrate and rejoice today we must also reflect on where as a nation we are headed towards in the name of religion", Bilawal Bhutto said to a statement issued here on Thursday. This is a question to which the people particularly the youth of Pakistan are desperately seeking an answer, he asked.
Bilawal said, "The Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) preached and practiced tolerance and understanding, not violence.?
Adding that let us all pray to Allah to grant us the wisdom to imbibe the true spirit of the message of love and tolerance of the Holy Prophet (SAW) and to follow it in letter and spirit.Miladun Nabi today
