Two killed, three injured in gun attacks
KARACHI: Two people were killed while three others suffered injuries in gun attacks and a mugging reported in the city on Sunday.
Rescue officials said unidentified men shot at 35-year-old Pervaiz in Lyari. The attackers managed to make an easy getaway while the victim passed away on the spot. His body was shifted to the Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital for medico-legal formalities. The motive of the murder remains unknown. In Landhi No 5, unidentified shooters killed a man and injured two others. Officials said two men on a motorcycle opened fire on 35-year-old Naseer Khan, 25-year-old Majid and 35-year-old Hidayat. The attackers escaped and all three victims were shifted to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre where Naseer passed away. The attack was said to be driven by an old enmity. أكثر...
