Variety says that screenwriter*Jack Paglen, who is the screenwriter*for upcoming*sci-fi films Transcendence and the sequel to Prometheus, has signed on to write the re-re-imagined BSG.*Variety doesn't give us any information on the film's casting or its release date, so it's very likely that the new BSG is still quite a ways off.
