Hope that the investigations lead to full accountability," Kim tweeted. Delos Santos was killed in an alleged drug operation in Caloocan City. Police officers claimed that he tried to run and even shot at them with a .45 caliber pistol. This, according to the cops, prompted them to fire back. Delos Santos suffered three gunshot wounds that Public Attorney's Office chief Persida Acosta said were all fatal. The teenager's death has generated outrage among Filipinos after a CCTV video showed him being dragged by policemen instead of him running away as they earlier claimed.
