Gilas Pilipinas team welcomed upon arrival from FIBA stint
 A warm welcome was given to the Gilas Pilipinas team upon arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 on Tuesday afternoon. According to a report on Unang Balita on Wednesday, the team arrived at around 4:30 p.m. from Lebanon where they participated at the FIBA Asia Cup 2017. Roger Pogoy, Gilas guard, said they were not that prepared for the tournament. This was why the team only got seventh place.
