* RIYADH - The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance has asked all mosque Imams **t to prolong or repeat their Friday sermons to avoid boring worshippers. The ministry said its supervisors had **ticed that some Imams would speak about the same subject every week and deliver long sermons. It also warned Imams never to discuss political, partisan or sectarian issues and said they might face severe punishments, including dismissal, if they did this. "The Imams should stick to the principles of call and guidance and focus only on religious issues," the ministry said.
