UPDATE: Rebels Reach Sea on Turkey-Syria Border
 Syrian Rebels posted a video online on March 25 showing a small group of opposition fighters on Samra Beach, a popular swimming spot in Syria?s Latakia gover**rate which straddles the Border between Turkey and Syria. A major rebel offensive, called Operation Anfal, is currently underway in Latakia, with Rebels reporting the capture of the town of Kasab and a nearby Border crossing on March 24.
