I agree with Jalbani Baloch in his letter "Inspect Indian, Pakistani food outlets"* (March 23). These Pakistani and Indian restaurants have to be checked on a regular basis to ensure that their cooking methods are hygienic. The Saudi authorities are doing their best to see to it that food outlets are keeping up to their mark. Indian and Pakistani restaurants are serving their best, tasty dishes and are complying with the standards in Idiness.
