A British citizen was evacuated from a ship after suffering a stroke in the middle of the Red Sea. Makkah Boarder Guards spokesman Col. Naji Al Jihany said the cruise ship was heading to Salalah* in Oman when the British national complained of severe chest pains. The captain placed an emergency call to the Red Sea search and rescue center asking for arrangements to evacuate the patient. The center immediately dis*****ed a helicopter and coordinated with Jeddah Islamic Port authorities and the Border Guards. The patient was evacuated to the International Medical Center (IMC) for treatment.
