   This toddler is well on his way to mastering the art of coercion. **w if only he could reach the kitchen counter. Three-year-old Mateo Beltran is a kid with pretty simple needs, one of which includes Eating Cupcakes for dinner. Most of his Argument is unintelligible, but he is pretty persuasive (unless you're his mom). Mateo pulls out all the stops trying to win his glorious, sugary prize — including using his mom's first name, calling her "honey" and adorably mimicking her.
